Minerals such as potassium, phosphorus , and magnesium are important minerals that are available in your diet.

Sodium is an important mineral – need to lower sodium (salt) intake if you have high blood pressure and

cardiovascular diseases.

There is recent evidence that high sodium diet is associated with increased disease progression in multiple sclerosis!

People with renal disease might need to supplement these minerals.
